Returns & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your product you can return to us at your own cost, providing the item has not been soiled or damaged in any way. We will endeavour to provide you with a replacement item. If the item has proven to be faulty and the fault of manufacturing then we will fully refund or replace the item plus postage. Full replacement only applies if there is no question of faulty workmanship and the item has not been damaged or soiled by the purchaser.
